4CPLUS ships its products:

  • Within Spain

  • To most European Union countries

  • Internationally, subject to carrier availability

Some destinations may be excluded or subject to specific conditions.

2. Processing times

Orders are prepared and shipped:

  • The same day or the next business day for in-stock products

  • According to the timeframe shown on the product page for made-to-order items or items requiring specific preparation

Timeframes may be extended in the event of customs formalities.

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are given as an estimate only:

  • France & Spain: 3 to 6 business days

  • European Union: up to 10 business days

  • International, outside the EU: variable depending on destination

Delivery times may vary depending on the period (high demand, holidays, strikes, etc.).

4. Products with a specific lead time

Some items, particularly in the group/institutional category (indoor ropes, group harnesses, rigging equipment), may require an additional lead time for sourcing or preparation.

The lead time shown on the product page takes precedence.

For deliveries outside the European Union:

Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be charged by the authorities of the destination country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

In the event of a damaged or lost parcel:

An investigation will be opened with the carrier before any refund or reshipment.
