GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller",

And any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website 4c-plus.com,

Hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of equipment and accessories intended for outdoor activities (climbing, mountaineering, group/institutional use, crag equipping, technical accessories) offered on the website 4c-plus.com.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered are those shown on the site at the time of ordering, subject to availability.

In-stock products

Products shown as available are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

Products with a specific lead time / made to order

Some products, particularly those intended for group/institutional use (indoor ropes, group harnesses, crag equipping gear), may require:

  • specific preparation

  • factory cutting

  • or supplier sourcing

The estimated lead time shown on the product page takes precedence.

4CPLUS may hold safety stock allowing for faster shipment, without this constituting a contractual obligation.

Made-to-order products

Some products may be offered with a specific manufacturing or sourcing lead time.
In that case, the customer is informed of the lead time before confirming the order and accepts it.

In the event of a delay of more than 30 days from the order date, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, for European Union countries.

For countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by local authorities.
These fees remain the customer's responsibility.

5. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment has been confirmed.

Payment methods offered via Shopify are accepted (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

4CPLUS reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated timeframes

  • France and Spain: 3 to 6 days

  • European Union: up to 10 days

  • International: variable depending on destination and customs formalities

Carriers used: La Poste, Mondial Relay, DPD.

Delivery times are given as an estimate only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Orders with different lead times

When an order contains items with different lead times, shipment may be made in one or several parcels.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • with intact packaging

Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer according to the conditions stated on the site.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the returns policy published on the site.

Refunds are issued after the returned products have been received and inspected.

9. Retention of title

Products remain the property of 4CPLUS until the price has been paid in full.

10. Liability

4CPLUS cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the purchase or use of the products sold.

11. Use of equipment

The products sold are intended for technical activities that may involve risk.

The customer acknowledges being trained in the use of the equipment, or undertakes to seek training from qualified professionals.

4CPLUS cannot be held liable for improper use of the products.

12. Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the site's privacy policy.

13. Legal warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) as well as the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund under the conditions provided by law.

14. Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer may make free use of a mediation service to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute.

15. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
