💳 Order price adjustment
The initial amount paid online may be adjusted after diagnosis in the following cases:
- addition of an unplanned repair (e.g., front rand on climbing shoe)
- refusal to repair a product deemed unrepairable
- modification of return shipping costs or addition of shipping insurance
In these cases, a payment link will be sent to you to settle the difference before the equipment is returned.

The return of your equipment is flexible, you choose:
- to pick it up directly at the workshop
- to send us your shipping label
- or let us handle the shipping (billed according to weight and insurance)
🛡️ Insured transport according to the value of your equipment
Because your equipment is valuable, you can choose the appropriate insurance level:
- No Insurance
- N1 → 2.00 € incl. tax / 50 € insured
- N2 → 3.50 € incl. tax / 125 € insured
- N3 → 5.00 € incl. tax / 250 € insured
- N4 → 6.50 € incl. tax / 375 € insured
- N5 → 8.00 € incl. tax / 500 € insured
