Ressemelage de Chaussons d'Escalade

Turnaround time: All climbing shoes received before Tuesday are completed and shipped back on Friday of the same week.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See shipping conditions and insurance levels here.

How it works:

1. Add the repairs to be done to your cart. For multiple pairs with different repairs, add each pair separately to the cart with its own options.
2. If return shipping is needed, indicate the desired return shipping insurance level in the Special instructions field in your cart.
3. Any questions, comments, or special instructions -> Special instructions field in your cart.
4. Ship your order including a note with the order number (⚠️ Super important), phone number, email, and repairs to be done.
5. If any services were paid for but not performed (or vice versa), we will contact you and adjust the price before reshipment.
6. If return shipping is needed, we will adjust the price to include shipping costs and insurance. For 8 pairs or more -> free return shipping (excluding insurance).
