Its hot-forged NiCrMo steel head delivers exceptional strength and outstanding performance on both hard snow and ice. The carefully shaped pick penetrates snow with ease, while the optimised adze is perfect for cutting steps or preparing belay ledges whenever conditions demand it.

The Type T 7075 aluminium shaft, with its gentle curve, provides an excellent balance between rigidity and comfort. The integrated ergonomic grip improves handling whether using the axe for technical climbing or as a walking axe, while the asymmetrical steel spike delivers excellent penetration and stability on snow.

Supplied as standard with the CAMP Alpina leash, it also features large attachment openings in both the head and spike, making it easy to clip a carabiner or secure the axe during technical manoeuvres.
