The Fosca is a sewn sling made of HMPE (high-modulus polyethylene) webbing, recommended for high-altitude mountaineering, expeditions, alpinism, ice climbing, and traditional climbing.
Its small size makes it ideal for replacing a nut's sling, or for adding a certified attachment point to a lanyard with a braided Prusik, or to a harness with a girth hitch.
Fosca HMPE slings offer three main advantages:

The combination of HMPE in the central part and polyamide on the sides offers great lightness as well as excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
SNAG-FREE
Thanks to the finishing seams, snags are avoided during handling at belays, with carabiners, etc.

La Vall Fosca is a hidden gem of the Catalan Pyrenees. Located north of the Pallars Jussà comarca, this valley captivates with its natural beauty. Despite its charm, it has not received the same attention as other places in the Pyrenees. In our desire to highlight the unique identity of this place, we created the Fosca sling, the first on the market with a dark hue.
In Catalan, "fosca" also evokes a lack of light or clarity. With this innovative dark-toned design, we pay homage to the very essence of Vall Fosca.
