GHIACCIO DELLE OROBIE
€38,00
Long overshadowed by the main Alpine chain, the Orobie Alps and the Lombard Prealps are now seeing renewed interest linked to the increasingly widespread practice of winter mountaineering. This guide shows how ice climbing has, during the harsh Orobie winters, transformed mid-altitude walls into glacial terrain. It presents both classic routes and modern mixed lines on still nearly unexplored slopes, alongside well-established gullies ideal for beginners equipped with crampons.
