Salto B

Salto B is an all-round carabiner by Climbing Technology, made from lightweight alloy and fitted with a bent gate, designed for mountaineering and general sport climbing.

Its “snag free” design, with rounded internal and external profiles and reinforced sections at the rope-bearing points, prevents accidental snagging and allows one-handed handling. The 21 mm gate opening allows fast clipping even with gloves on.

At just 44 g and with a major-axis strength of 23 kN, certified to EN 12275:2013-B, it's a well-balanced choice for building your own quickdraws or rounding out a rack.
