SKI DE PENTE RAIDE DANS LA REGION DE CONI (FRA)

For steep-skiing routes in the Cuneo area, Monviso and its valleys are a true treasure trove. Over the years, many enthusiasts have turned to this fascinating discipline. This volume describes, with precise technical sheets and photographs, more than 100 steep-skiing routes, chosen and skied by the authors, in the Grana, Maira, Varaita, Ubaye and Po valleys. Many of these routes are previously unpublished and result from the exploration, by Diego Fiorito, Roberto Garnero and Giorgio Bavastrello, of the wildest corners of the Cuneo mountains, at the magical moment when the snow makes them skiable.
