SOLO GRANITO - VOL. 2 - Valli Bondasca, Albigna, Forno, Schiesone, Codera, Ratti

In this second volume - following the 2014 publication of volume 1, devoted to the Masino and Disgrazia valleys - we enter the austere heart of the massif by working up the deep side valleys that branch off from Val Bregaglia and Val Chiavenna. The new edition, eight years after the first, is enriched with two valleys at opposite extremes from one another: Val del Forno and Val Schiesone, somewhat out-of-the-way and very appealing places. The descriptive section has also been considerably expanded, particularly the information on approaches, descents and route topos. All the drawings have been revised and large-format panoramic images have been added. In the appendix are accounts of ascents by leading climbers, accompanied by their biographical notes.
