Corsa Alpine – Lightweight Ice Axe for Mountaineering and Ski Touring

The CAMP Corsa Alpine retains the lightweight philosophy of the Corsa range while delivering improved performance on hard snow and ice thanks to its forged steel head.

Designed for classic mountaineering, glacier travel and ski touring, it combines a lightweight aluminum shaft with a variable-thickness steel pick (4 to 3 mm). This design improves penetration into hard snow and ice while keeping the overall weight exceptionally low.

The slightly curved shaft enhances placements without compromising comfort while moving through alpine terrain. Machined grooves on the lower shaft provide a secure grip, even when wearing gloves. A nylon insert also prevents snow from accumulating inside the shaft.

The Corsa Alpine is an excellent choice for mountaineers looking for a reliable, lightweight ice axe that offers greater performance than a fully aluminum model on classic alpine routes.
