Turnaround time: 72h after receipt

We manufacture, repair, and replace cables, springs, minor axles, triggers, and other mechanical cam parts.

These repairs do not alter the sensitive points of personal protective equipment (PPE) and therefore do not lead to the loss of certification.

📦 The return of the equipment is at the customer's expense. See here for shipping conditions and insurance levels.

How it works:

  1. Add the desired repairs to your cart
  2. If a return shipment is required, indicate the desired insurance level for the return in the Special instructions field in your cart.
  3. Any doubts, comments, or special instructions -> Special instructions field in your cart.
  4. Ship your order including a note with the order number (⚠️ Very important), phone, email, and repair to be carried out.
  5. If there are services that have been paid for but not performed (or vice versa), we will contact you and adjust the price before re-shipping.
  6. If a return shipment is required, we will adjust the price to include shipping costs and insurance.

 

Cable replacement

Most Friends fall into the Standard category: Wild Country Friends, Black Diamond Camalot C4, DMM Dragon...

👉 Price indicated for one cable.

Each friend generally has two cables (one per side). If both need to be replaced, please select 2 units.

Alien X, DMM Dragonfly, Camalot X4 (0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3) have 4 wire strands. The price is indicated per wire strand.

For some models, the price may be higher.

We do not replace Totem cables; please contact the manufacturer for those.

If you make a mistake or cannot find the reference for your cam, it's okay, we will contact you and adjust the price before re-shipping.

 

Other repairs

We perform many cam repairs; here we have included two of the most common: the trigger axle for Link Cams and the Trigger Keeper for large Camalot C4s (the two springs that keep the cam in a closed position).

For any other repair, you can purchase a random one and then specify it in the Special instructions field in your cart.
